Gabriel Fernández, Esq.
Gabriel Fernández is an Arizona native, born in Mesa. He formed the Law Offices of Gabriel D. Fernández, P.C., in 2004, focusing his practice on representing injured victims. He has been practicing personal injury law since graduating from the University of Arizona Law School in 1995. He and his team provide his clients with the highest quality legal representation in an atmosphere of uncompromising integrity and responsiveness to their needs.
He has served as mediator and arbitrator on many occasions, and donates many hours of pro bono work. He also served on the Arizona Supreme Court’s Committee on Character and Fitness for seven years (2011-2018). Aside from the law, he enjoys reading, writing, cycling and golfing. His stories of fiction and poetry have been published in the Arizona Attorney magazine. He is married to Tammy, and has three children, the eldest of which is a graduate of Loyola Law School, while the other two are finishing up their undergraduate studies.

Kennedy Fernández is California-licensed attorney working with the Law Offices of Gabriel D. Fernández. She has experience in civil litigation, entertainment law, and personal injury.

felicia mcnair
Felicia McNair has two daughters with her husband Donald, whom she met while in elementary school. She began working with Mr. Fernández in 1998 while attending college for Business and Accounting. She is dedicated to her family, work, and clients. Her passion for personal injury law was amplified after being involved in a horrific motor vehicle collision. Her personal experience has given her a greater understanding and empathy for what her clients endure following a collision, and she is very attentive to their needs as a result. She finds working in the personal injury field to be very rewarding.
She loves hiking Tumamoc Hill, gardening, and jigsaw puzzles.
Amaia Mcnair
Amaia is a Tucson native. She is Felicia’s oldest daughter. She has been working for Mr. Fernández since 2019, but as a young child she would frequent the office in the summer while her mom worked. She would mimic her mom on the phone, and now she is the one answering the phones.
Outside of work, Amaia likes to tend to her garden and take her dogs Thor and Sunny to the dog park. On the weekend she likes to spend time with her family, play games and cook. She is also an experienced tattoo artist, and practices her art on her friends and family.
